About me
I am Mrinal Joshi, a research assistant in the Skene Lab (neurogenomics) at the UK DRI, Imperial College London.
Work
I tag proteins in human cells and map where they sit on DNA, using prime editing, CETCh-seq and TIP-seq.
I also build AI agents for that work.
ClawBio
I am a contributor to ClawBio, not its author. The Cell Genomics paper on agentic genomics names the project.
