Verdict
A good first read on what agentic genomics means. Its argument is that the bottleneck has moved from building pipelines to validating what agents produce. It is a review, so it will not tell you how any one system performs on your data.

A review by Corpas and colleagues in Cell Genomics, 2026. It coins the term "agentic genomics" and argues that the field's bottleneck has moved from building pipelines to validating what agents produce. It names CellAtria, AutoBA, Bio-Copilot and ClawBio as emerging systems.

The lead author also leads ClawBio, which I contribute to, so weigh my view accordingly.
