ClawBio is a bioinformatics-native skill library for AI agents. It runs local-first, it is MIT licensed, and it is built on OpenClaw. Many analyses write a reproducibility bundle, and the exact files vary by skill, so the analysis an agent did can often be inspected and repeated.
I contribute to ClawBio. I did not write it. The Cell Genomics paper on agentic genomics names the project alongside CellAtria, AutoBA and Bio-Copilot. The repository linked here is my fork, which is where my work on it lives. The upstream project is ClawBio/ClawBio.
